The Sixties Radical and The Constitution

The Senate is pushing forward the repeal of Obama care, yet Mitch McConnell and his buds forgot one important fact that a federal judge ruled Obama care unconstitutional.

Finally, a judge gets it right.

Maybe we are on the right path.

I sure hope so.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it state that the federal government can force citizens to buy certain goods and services.

I don’t care who is the President of the United States for if Obama can force us to buy health care then what will stop for example if Sara Palin becomes the next President to make us all buy guns.

If you doubt me then read this baby and show me exactly, where it is written in the Constitution.

Leave to the to the professional politician to be a day late and dollar short.

This was why it was a great idea when Speaker of the House John Boehner had the entire chambers read the Constitution. These clowns are our representatives yet they don’t know what this country is about or how it was founded.

I have a sense these idiots know the truth but choose to ignore it so they can make this country into a fascist state.

The truth hits hard.

Read this little diddy. This is from FOX News. Please read this very carefully.

South Dakota Lawmakers Propose Mandating Gun Ownership — to Make Point About Health Law

A group of South Dakota lawmakers has introduced a bill that would require almost everyone in their state to buy a gun once they turn 21.

Turns out it’s not a serious attempt. Rather, the lawmakers are trying to make a point about the new health care law — that an individual mandate is unconstitutional, whether it requires everyone to buy health insurance or, in South Dakota’s case, a firearm.

Rep. Hal Wick, one of five co-sponsors, told The Argus Leader newspaper that he expects the bill to fail.

“Do I or the other co-sponsors believe that the state of South Dakota can require citizens to buy firearms? Of course not. But at the same time, we do not believe the federal government can order every citizen to buy health insurance,” he said.

The South Dakota proposal would require anyone over 21 to purchase a firearm by Jan. 1, 2012, provided they are not legally disqualified from owning one. It would extend a six-month grace period for residents who turn 21 after the beginning of 2012.

This should scare the crap outta you.

Once the Feds force us to buy, health care what will stop them from making us buy guns or cars they want us to drive.

Our Founding fathers fought and died to give us the freedom to live our lives how we want to live. We can choose to live our lives under the guidance of the God of the Bible or not. They gave us the God given freedom of choice.

The choice is ours so choose wisely my friend.

If you think I am kidding, check these quotes out.

T]he importance of piety and religion; of industry and frugality; of prudence, economy, regularity and an even government; all … are essential to the well-being of a family.

Samuel Adams, letter to Thomas wells, November 22, 1780

W]e are confirmed in the opinion, that the present age would be deficient in their duty to God, their posterity and themselves, if they do not establish an American republic. This is the only form of government we wish to see established; for we can never be willingly subject to any other King than He who, being possessed of infinite wisdom, goodness and rectitude, is alone fit to possess unlimited power.

Instructions of Malden, Massachusetts, for a Declaration of Independence, May 27, 1776

W]hereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it.

Federal Farmer, Antifederalist Letter, No.18, January 25, 1778
