The more things change the more they stay the same. It is the demonizing of the Ryan’s budget, it’s the attack of the left on marriage and our very morals, the Prez and his destruction of the country; I mean this list goes on ad nasium.

The left wants to take this country into the dark ages.

The war is waged to see who will win.

It is a war on our very survival as a nation.

We don’t have time to debate the margins.

John Boehner you better be ready to wage war against the left.

We have to defeat their ideas.

The enemy from within will stop at nothing to get what they want.

We can’t be timid souls, sit back, and compromise with the Prez, the left, and the Dems.

If we do it will be all over.

Yet, the trend has been established to do this.

It started with the 385 million dollars in cuts in the first battle over the budget.

Round one to the Left and the Prez.

The next battle will be over the debt ceiling being raised.

John Boehner and his men of honour are ready to cave on this issue.

The Republican leadership tells us that they will fight for Raul Ryan’s budget.

Not in this lifetime.

Champions for Marriage and the Rule of Law

Speaker of the House John Boehner’s announcement that former Solicitor General Paul Clement will lead the defense of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in federal court is a victory for the rule of law—and for an irreplaceable institution of civil society. That victory was confirmed this week as Clement resigned from the King & Spalding law firm because of its decision to abandon  DOMA after a campaign of intimidation by a gay activist group. Clement, who puts the interests of his client above his own, will continue to defend marriage as he joins Bancroft PLLC.

Ever since February 23, when Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he and President Obama had concluded that DOMA was unconstitutional, litigation over the 1996 law had been held in abeyance pending the decision to name Clement. The presence of Clement ends all doubt as to whether marriage as the union of a man and woman will get the vigorous defense it deserves in federal appeals court and, if necessary, the U.S. Supreme Court.

Acting quickly, Clement filed his first motion, an unopposed request to represent the House of Representatives as an intervenor in the case. The motion notes that the history of House participation in litigation on constitutional issues has generally involved merely filing amicus curiae briefs. Given the Obama Administration’s refusal to defend the constitutionality of DOMA’s Section 3—which reserves words such as spouse in federal law for relationships between a man and a woman—Clement’s motion seeks full intervenor status for the House to act as a party in the stead of the Justice Department. At the same time, the motion makes clear that the Justice Department retains the responsibility to defend other challenges to DOMA, including its provision protecting the states from being forced to recognize each other’s determinations regarding same-sex marriage.

Boehner and his colleagues on the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group, Eric Cantor (R–VA) and Kevin McCarthy (R–CA), have taken the responsible approach to defend a wise and necessary law that the previous Congress, led by then-Speaker Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D–NV), made no move to disturb.  The Human Rights Campaign to damage the intervention is a travesty.

Another budget battle looms on the horizon as Congress returns from recess next week to continue work on the nation’s finances and debates whether to raise the debt limit, now at $14.3 trillion. In the last year, no single issues has captured the attention of Americans more. And for good reason. Spending and debt are skyrocketing, causing many to question what kind of course we are on. Hyper-drive spending is what last year’s elections were really all about.

To understand what that all really means — and why deep spending cuts and fiscal reforms are paramount — Americans must understand how bad the nation’s fiscal situation has gotten. Just in time for the debt limit debate, The Heritage Foundation has launched a special preview edition of its 2011 Budget Chart Book which paints a clear picture of how much the federal government is spending, how deep it’s in debt, how massive entitlement programs are, and what we pay in taxes.

Want to dive into the Budget Chart Book? Here’s a great place to start. Just this week, The Washington Post reported that all across Western Europe, countries are starting to tighten their belt and cut back on costly social welfare programs because they simply can’t afford them anymore. Countries like Greece and Portugal have suffered or are anticipating financial crises as a result of mounting debt. As our chart shows in dramatic detail, U.S. debt is, unfortunately, on track to fuel that kind of economic crisis.

Wall Street is taking notice of the problem. Last week, Standard & Poor’s lowered its outlook on the U.S. credit rating, warning that America needs to get its spending problems under control or else it’s in serious trouble. The 2011 Budget Chart Book shows just how bad that spending has gotten. See for yourself how federal spending has increased by 162 percent since 1965. There are plenty of other charts, too, that fill in the blanks on how bad the budgetary picture really is. You can see how the total tax burden is rising to the highest level in history and visualize how the top 10 percent of income earners paid 70 percent of all federal income taxes (while 49 percent of U.S. households paid no income tax at all).

Unfortunately, these pictures aren’t pretty, but neither is the U.S. budget crisis. Some, though, just don’t get it and are insisting on borrowing more money without enacting much-needed reforms to get the government on a fiscally sustainable path. Yesterday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney warned, “It would be terrible folly to play games with [the debt ceiling],” and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner resorted to inflated hyperbole to warn of what’s at stake:

I mean, the idea that the United States would take the risks — people would start to believe we won’t pay our bills — is a ridiculous proposition, irresponsible, completely unacceptable risk for us to take.
Here’s an unacceptable risk: Spending keeps going up along with the national debt, and we are spiraling into an economic crisis. Yet President Barack Obama is calling for an increase in the $14.3 trillion debt limit without one single meaningful spending reform. That’s why it’s crucial to understand the facts and put vital reforms like those found in Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) budget resolution, passed recently by the House, into context. The Heritage Foundation’s 2011 Budget Chart Book will arm you with the facts you need to make sense of any discussion of the nation’s spending, taxes and debt.

Obama has led this nation into its decline. Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, are presiding over the fall of United States of America.

Obama, Reid, Pelosi, the Democrat Party, the Left, the state run media are happy as hell.

This is what the evil Obama and his minions want to happen.

This is done by design.

John Boehner, the Republican leadership, John McCain and his stupid cohorts are clueless.

These fools think this is business as usual.


We are in dire straights.

The time for action is now.

If we don’t get our spending in order we will not make to 2016.

Yet, what many fall to see is this.

The last to go is the economics of country.

This happens when a society begins to destroy its very moral and cultural fiber.

We as nation have gotten away from our founding that trip to Pluto seems like a short jaunt to the grocery store.

Then read the Bible.

The Bible is very clear what happens to a nation when it turns it’s collective backs of The God of The Bible and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Our decline is well thought out plan that begin in 1962 when we kicked The God of The Bible out of this country.

There is an old biblical saying you reap what you sow.

We have sown the seeds of our decline.

Uncontrolled Spending Is the Real Threat

All across Western Europe—the land of platinum-plated social benefits, the 35-hour work week, tony retirement plans and government-funded health care—countries are coming to the realization that they can no longer afford these luxuries amid skyrocketing deficits. Yet here in the United States, as we face a $14.3 trillion deficit, some are calling for increasing our government’s ability to borrow even more money without any concern for spending reform. Congress can’t allow that to happen, lest we become the Europe of the West.

The U.S. government is fast approaching its $14.294 trillion debt ceiling — the statutory limit on how much money it can borrow to finance spending. Just how big is that? To put it in perspective, it would take essentially everything that Americans produced in all of last year to pay off the existing national debt. That comes out to $45,000 of debt for each American.

Unfortunately, it’s all too common for Congress to reach that ceiling and keep raising its own credit limit, letting itself borrow and spend even more. In fact, Congress raised the debt ceiling from $6.4 trillion in 2002 and nine times thereafter to its present levels.  Hopefully, though, this time will be different.

Yesterday on “Face the Nation,” Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) said, “I will vote ‘no’ on raising the debt ceiling unless we have comprehensive, dramatic, effective, and broad-based cuts to federal spending including the reform of entitlement spending.” Sen. Kirk’s instincts are right. The solution starts with Congress. David Addington, Vice President for Domestic and Economic Policy at The Heritage Foundation, writes:

Federal spending has been out of control for decades, and federal borrowing has therefore also been out of control for decades. America has amassed a giant, unaffordable debt and a giant, intrusive government. This did not happen by accident. Congress passed all the laws that made it happen. Fortunately, Congress has under the Constitution all the power it needs to solve the problem it created. It needs only the will to do so and the support of the American people.
Here’s how Congress should use that power. As Addington writes, Congress should not increase the debt limit until it puts the government firmly on the path to financial responsibility. And it can get there by cutting current spending, restricting future spending, and putting a more effective federal budgeting process in place.
President Barack Obama and White House officials have warned of global economic Armageddon if Congress does not act now to raise the debt limit. Their warnings, though, are reckless hyperbole. A greater threat is the U.S. government’s unchecked expansion of unsustainable deficit spending. Congress must break its pattern of borrowing more and spending more by acting now to cut spending and get the government’s fiscal house in order. Only then can it avert a real crisis.

Libya is back in the news again. Senator John McCain is calling the rebels heroes. He is telling the world that we must help them.

Is McCain insane?

Al Qaeda backs these rebels. So does Iran, The Muslim Brotherhood.

This all part of Iran’s plans to return the entire Middle East to Caliphate.

The goal is to seal off Israel from the rest of the world.

Once this is accomplished the entire Middle East will attack Israel.

The rebels are being supplied arms from Iran.

Iran is given arms by Russia.

Israel is our trusted ally yet Obama and his evil minions are turning their collective backs on this tiny nation less than half the size of New Jersey.

News is coming out of Israel of new attacks on Jews in Gaza and the city of Jerusalem.

These attacks are being reported as an add on story.

We as nation need to wake up and realize we have many enemies both with in our country in the form of the Dems, the Left, Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, as well as Planned Parenthood etal.

Iran is not our friend.

Neither are Russia, The Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, China, Hugo Chavez, and Cuba.

The Prez and his evil minions are good at setting up straw dogs and knocking them down. Yet, these straw dogs are false. The intention and motivation behind the straw dog argument is to incite fear in the person who is listening to the argument.

The Prez blames George Bush, Ronald Regan, the Republican Party, the Tea Party, big business, big oil, big fat and god knows whom else to blame for all the problems this nation is facing.

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck “YOU” Schumer, and the rest of the lap dog media, the Left, the Dems, and Rhino Republicans will sing out how freedom is evil. We The People don’t know what is good for us. These corporations are evil and the only solution is to let big daddy government step in and protect us from ourselves.

Then the Prez and his evil minions will come riding in on the white horse and save the day by taking away more of our freedom, property rights, and choices.

This is done to set up the God of the government.

Obama is a Marxist.

Once the God of the government has taken away all of our freedoms we will be servants of the state.

This is how Obama, the Dems, and the Left see us the American People.

We are now in great peril.

This is now a post Constitutional era in our country’s history.

After careful thought I am inclined to think this is true.

Is it too late to change?

I don’t know.

Most folks do not know what the Constitution is all about.

Our founding fathers wrote this so as to preserve our freedom.

The big freedom we have is private property rights.

Once private property rights are taken over by the state all other freedoms will soon disappear.

This is happening now.

Our freedoms have been taken away for well over forty years.

Freedom is directly tied to our creator God our Father and His son Jesus Christ.

Our Founding Fathers knew and believe that all freedom comes from God, The God of the Bible, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Doctor Benjamin Rush, and the rest knew not to set up a state run religion so these brave left it up to the individual  to decide what they wanted to believe in, not to believe in, worship or nor to worship.

This is called personal choice.


The Marxists or Muslim state does not believe in or give the individual  the freedom to worship or believe what they want to.

If you don’t believe off with your head or you are shipped Siberia.

I am not kidding.

And if a nation is to survive it must have morals and core values.

We as a nation have now destroyed our very core morals and values.

We are now stealing from the achievers and giving to the state to divvy up the way the state sees fit.

This is called stealing.

We as a nation are murdering well over a million babies a year and this is disguised as Women’s health.

It is called abortion.

Socialist Max Weber wrote that all societies are built on Family, Religion, Education, Morals, Values, and Economics.

When a nation starts to decline the first to go is the morals and values, followed by the family, religion, education and the last to fall is the economic.

The American Dream Is In Jeopardy

Companies like General Electric and Caterpillar might sound as American as apple pie, but like many other multinational firms, which employ a fifth of all American workers, they’re cutting back on their domestic workforces and increasing hiring overseas. That disturbing trend points to a serious problem in the United States: the Land of the Free is not the attractive place to do business that it once was.

Big government policies are setting us on a path away from a fundamental freedom we cherish—one the Founders strove to preserve. It’s the freedom to pursue the American dream—economic freedom—that, tragically, is in jeopardy.

When many folks think about freedom, the first thing that comes to mind is the freedom of speech and religion, the right to bear arms, to vote, or to have a trial by a jury of their peers. Though it isn’t enumerated in the Bill of Rights, economic freedom is just as important. In The Heritage Foundation’s “Understanding America” series, Kim R. Holmes, Ph.D. and Matthew Spalding, Ph.D. explain why it is so important:

America’s founders knew that liberty is about more than just securing political freedoms. True liberty requires economic freedom—the ability to profit from our own ideas and labor, to work, produce, consume, own, trade, and invest according to our own choices. Thomas Jefferson underscored that point when he observed that “a wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement.”

The desire to control one’s freedom to pursue happiness was at the heart of the American Revolution. That freedom was in short supply as the colonies suffered under economic policies over which they had no say. That sentiment sounds familiar to many Americans today as they watch our government grow unchecked with trillion-dollar deficits and an entitlement crisis waiting to smother future generations. That frustration gave birth to the Tea Party movement and the conservative tidal wave in the November 2010 elections. Americans were right to be concerned.

Sadly, the United States is no longer economically “the Land of the Free.” According to The Heritage Foundation’s Index of Economic Freedom, the United States ranks ninth internationally, behind such countries as Denmark, Canada, and first-place Hong Kong. And that’s all due to huge increases in government spending, which was supposed to combat unemployment and spur economic growth. But that growth hasn’t happened, and instead the American economy is handcuffed by taxes and regulations that have strangled creativity, productivity, and competition, all of which are at the core of economic freedom.

And now we’re seeing the results. As The Wall Street Journal reports, “companies cut their work forces in the U.S. by 2.9 million during the 2000s while increasing employment overseas by 2.4 million.” That’s in stark contrast from a decade ago, when for every job U.S. multinational companies created abroad, they created nearly two jobs here in America, according to economist Matthew Slaughter. Though President Obama might pay lip service to Americans’ desire to rein in government, he’s late to the party. From Obamacare to a nearly trillion dollar stimulus bill, trillions in new debt, a $26.1 billion government union bailout, and more, President Obama and the previous Congress have given us plenty of reasons to question their commitment to reform government and restore economic freedom.

With the arrival of the Tea Party movement, the culture of Washington began to change, and the trending topic in D.C. became fiscal restraint, not government largesse. That’s good news for those who want to ensure that America remains the Land of the Free.

I can’t write this any better. Please read this article written by The Heritage Foundation. We as a nation are facing the barrel of a gun. We don’t have time to dick around with the margins.

If we don’t get this massive debt under control this nation will collapse.

It is as plain simple as this.

Obama is evil.

His plans will kill us all.

Obama and his evil minions are stealing from the achievers in this country.

What right does the state or anyone have to steal from another and give their  money, property, and wealth to the  needy or any charity.

What part of this is in the Bible.

The Bible is very clear about stealing.

Maybe the evil Obama should read it.

Oh, yeah, I forgot he has.

Obama read the white parts of the Bible not the black.

It is called make it up as you go along.

That sad fact is when the evil Obama steals everything from the rich and us all this will only last for a short time then there will be nothing left to take.

Then the government will take from our kids, our unborn kids, their unborn kids until everything will collapses under the weight of all this debt.

Framing The Debt Limit Debate

In May, Congress will begin debate on our nation’s debt limit. The debt limit is an alarm bell built into our nation’s laws, which forces members of Congress to confront out-of-control spending when our debt reaches a certain level. Five times in the last four years, we have ignored this alarm bell. This time must be different.

It would irresponsible and reckless for them to even consider raising the limit without also enacting spending cuts and reform. The nation’s credit worthiness is directly tied to our fiscal stewardship, not our desire to borrow. America would send a strong signal to global financial markets by taking prudent steps to address our out-of-control spending habits, not by blindly giving ourselves another blank check.

Today’s national debt—the public debt that government has accumulated to finance its out-of-control spending—is approximately $14.3 trillion. To put that into perspective, the government’s annual budget for 2011, which is in itself bloated, is roughly $3.7 trillion. And to put the future health of our economy in perspective, President Obama proposed in his 2012 Budget proposal that we add $9 trillion to that debt over the next ten years.

Our government borrows nearly 40 cents on every dollar it spends. And the more we borrow, the higher these projections go. In other words, our national debt isn’t a problem…it’s a crisis.

Many in Washington claim we should, once again, ignore the debt limit alarm bell. They say coupling a debt limit increase with spending cuts and reforms puts the full faith and credit of the United States at risk. This is nonsense.

As Heritage economist J.D. Foster, Ph.D., noted in January: “Refusing to raise the debt limit would not, in and of itself, cause the United States to default on its public debt. Both immediately and long after it reaches the debt limit, the government would have far more than enough revenue coming in that the Secretary of the Treasury could use to pay interest on the debt. Nor would preserving the current debt limit put at risk the full faith and credit of the United States government, as the President’s chief economic adviser has claimed. The government would continue to pay net interest as it comes due.”

It is critical conservatives do not give in to the scare tactics of the left. They have one goal in mind: Distracting us from our nation’s fiscal crisis through fear and intimidation.

Over the past month, Washington began debating this fiscal crisis. First we had the debate on finishing up the 2011 budget, since the last Congress was so irresponsible with your money; they didn’t even bother to pass a budget for the first time in modern history. We also debated competing budget proposals and “frameworks.”

House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan’s (R-Wi.) proposal to reform our tax and entitlement system and get America moving on the right path to eliminating our debt passed largely along party lines on Friday (235-193). Earlier in the week, desperate to have a voice in the conversation he had continually ignored, President Obama offered a “framework,” to modify his earlier failed budget proposal, that “set goals” to reduce the debt by $4 trillion over ten years, mostly through hefty tax hikes on investors and job creators.

Similar to the budget debates, the discussion over the debt limit has been rife with hyperbole, false choices and irresponsible conjecture. It started when White House economic adviser Austan Goolsbee said we would risk damaging the “full faith and credit of the United States” by not blindly raising the ceiling. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner warned Congress in January that we would need to act as soon as March 31 to avert a global crisis. That date came and went, as we predicted. Yesterday morning, on Meet the Press, Geithner continued intimidating Congress calling any delays “catastrophic.”

President Obama told the AP last week that failure to raise the debt ceiling “could plunge the world economy back into a recession.” This hysteria is simply not grounded in reality. The world economy will be in much worse shape if America continues to dishonestly approach its fiscal future.

Congress has time to do the right thing. Members should promptly have a full discussion of the level of debt they want to set and begin immediate, substantial spending cuts to demonstrate the seriousness with which they take the nation’s fiscal problems. These should be followed by additional changes such as hard spending caps and entitlement reforms that would return the nation to fiscal sanity and keep it there.

President Obama himself voted against raising the debt ceiling in 2006 saying: “The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure…Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” First, the White House said he did so because he knew his vote wouldn’t count. Courageous. Now, Obama conveniently says that vote was simply a mistake.

Whether he believed it or not, or was merely taking political cheap shots, Obama’s rhetoric was closer to reality in 2006. We are shifting “the burden of bad choices onto the backs of our children and grandchildren,” and the time to stop doing so is now. The upcoming debt limit vote isn’t just a convenient opportunity, but a national obligation.

It’s a fresh week but it’s the same old crap over and over and over again. It’s Ground Hog Day to the max. FOX News wrote a story that the Republican Leadership made a deal in private with the Prez about raising the debt ceiling. A few minutes later the story disappeared and a new one took its place.

Now little Tim Geithner is saying on all the state run talking head shows on Sunday that the debt ceiling will be raised.

What part of broke doesn’t he get?

I know Obama and the rest the of Democrat Socialist Marxist Party want to drive this country so far into debt that it collapses and is forced into a third world status.

These folks are evil.

Obama and his band of merry destroyers are liars.

You can trust them.

It is all about changing the very fabric of this country.

The very fabric of this country is center on The God of The Bible, morals and The Ten Commandments.

What Obama and his evil minions ar doing away with morals and replacing them with anything goes or what feels good. God is replaced with the God of Government.

In the end the state rules and We The People are now servants of the state.

Morals and freedom are linked.

Just read the Constitution.

Read The Bible.

Without morals the society will collapse.

Read a real history book.

If you think I am kidding we are told how much water we can use in our toilets. How much water we can use to water the lawns. What kind of food we can eat and how much. What kind of cars we can drive.

The list is endless.

Obama is driving up gas prices and food prices.

They are stealing from us in the form of government projects. Right now the average family pays close to 60% in taxes.

This includes all taxes.

What John Boehner and the Republican leadership don’t understand is this Obama and his evil minions will stop at nothing to get what they want.

Obama, the Left, the Democrat Socialist party, and the state run media must be destroyed.

Their ideas and actions are killing us.

Over sixty million babies are murdered each year under the guise of Planned Parenthood and women’s health.

Women’s health is now a code for abortion.

Look folks this really simple.

Our nation doesn’t have two more years.

We have to stop Obama now.

It is time to fight for our rights and the very survival of our nation.

We can’t afford to have budgets with 385 million in cuts.

Fake cuts.

Paul Ryan’s budget is a start.

Raising the debt ceiling will lead us further into the abyss.

It is time to draw a line in the sand just like Colonel Travis did at the Alamo.

If you want to stay and fight and probably die then cross the line if not then stay where you are and go home.

All 180 men crossed the line.

It is time the Republican leadership realizes we are in a life and death situation.

Time is running out.

This not politics as usual.

It is time to take up the arms of freedom, The God of The Bible and fight back until the evil is destroyed.

Hiding Future Tax Hikes on Tax Day 2011

Today, April 15, is typically Tax Day. Taxpayers would usually be furiously figuring out how much they owe Uncle Sam right about now. In case you didn’t know it, taxpayers this year get a three-day reprieve because of a holiday in Washington, D.C., commemorating President Abraham Lincoln’s emancipation of slaves in the District.

No matter what day Tax Day falls on in coming years, we’ll all be paying considerably higher taxes unless Washington’s reforms its reckless spending ways immediately. To make matters worse, Washington has been able to hide this enormous potential tax hike through all the deficit spending it is doing now.

In 2010, the federal government collected about $2.2 trillion in total tax revenue. Income taxes accounted for $900 billion of collections, or about 40 percent of all tax receipts. The federal government spent around $3.5 trillion, with the resulting deficit of $1.3 trillion made possible by borrowing.

If Congress, rather than borrowing or cutting spending, raised income taxes by the $1.3 trillion necessary to pay for 2010 deficit spending, it would need to more than double income tax collections.

For a family of four earning $50,000 that takes the standard deduction, its current tax bill of $766 would increase by almost $4,000. A similar family of four that earned $75,000 a year would see its tax liability of $4,500 increase by over $9,000 a year. If the same family earned $100,000, it would pay more than $15,600 above the $8,800 it actually paid in 2010.

The top rate in this depressing scenario would be 85 percent! A top tax rate at that level would grind economic activity to a halt.

It is doubtful that the President and Congress would really raise rates to these levels and suffer the economic and political damage that such hikes would cause. The real danger is that, through continued trillion-dollar deficits, they would hide the true cost of government to the taxpayers.

On our current trajectory, interest on the debt from all the deficit spending we’re doing now—combined with the costs of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid—will consume all tax revenue by 2021. Raising taxes in the face of such a specter will not solve the problem, as entitlement and interest spending continue to balloon out of control. Tax rates would have to be raised perpetually to keep pace.

Don’t be fooled. Higher tax rates and the slower-growing economy that would come with them are not inevitable. But Congress and the President must cut spending, and they must do so soon—before interest expenses and entitlement spending take off.

It is time for Congress and the President to stop the current trajectory of massive spending and borrowing and be honest with the American people about the hidden deficit taxes that they are asking them to pay in the future. As millions of American taxpayers are finding out on Tax Day, taxes are already too high. Rather than pass on these hidden deficit taxes, it is time for Washington to get to work and cut spending.
