The Sixties Radical- The New Second Class Citizens- Those Who Live Here Legally

Once again the laws of the land are made a mockery of by the Supreme Court ruling that came down on Monday June 25th. The Supreme Court gutted the Arizona Law pertaining to illegals in this country. The Courts said that the Arizona Law is unconstitutional yet here’s the rub. The Arizona Law mirrors the Federal laws already on the books. So does this mean that Federal Immgration Law is unconstitutional? This makes about as much sense as a fart in church or a screen door on a submarine.

This ruling is purely asinine. The ruling is illogical and stupid. So this means Arizona is not a sovereign state. It can’t protect its borders. The Borders are open and no one can stop the illegals from entering this country and taking all the rights and privileges reserved for citizens. This is in essence what is happing. Illegals now have all the rights and privileges that “We The People” have.

The Supreme Court just gutted all Federal Law regarding illegal and legal immgration in this country.

This is only logical conclusion one can come to. We no longer have borders. We can’t stop anyone from entering our country. That means anyone can come in here and take what they want. This is exactly what the idiot ministers like Jim Tolle who is the senior pastor at The Spanish speaking Church at the Church On The Way, Van Nuys, CA. Tolle etal have gotten what they wanted amnesty and no borders. It is an open door policy. Come in and take what you want. “ We The People” have no say in the matter. Our government will do nothing to protect us from the illegals that come here

Tolle etal tell us they are not for amnesty but all one has to do is look at their words and the unintended consequences of their actions. Los Angles is a prime example of this. Business and U.S. Citizens are moving out of California by the droves because of the high taxes and illegals taking over the city. This has resulted in bleeding the city dry of all its resources. Hospitals are closing. The Welfare rolls are growing by leaps and bounds and this has drained the city and state of all its money.

It is time we tell those well-meaning Christians to shove it up their asses. We The People need to take this country back. I mean all of us. It doesn’t matter what your religion is, race, colour, creed, lack of religion, nation of origin is. We as a nation have been spit upon and dissed by the Supreme Court, Obama, the Democrat Socialist Party, the Republican Party and those jack assed ill-advised Christian ministers like Jim Tolle. If this is what Jesus teaches then I don’t what any part of this.

Yes, we are to help people in need but this doesn’t mean they take over our homes and we support them forever.

Illegals have more rights and privileges than we do as citizens.

This is all done by design to turn this country into a hellhole Marxists state.

The Supreme Court just did this with their collective insanity.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said this about the Supreme Court Ruling.

These quotes are taken from

The President said at a news conference that the new program is “the right thing to do” in light of Congress’s failure to pass the Administration’s proposed revision of the Immigration Act. Perhaps it is, though Arizona may not think so. But to say, as the Court does, that Arizona contradicts federal law by enforcing applications of the Immigration Act that the President declines to enforce boggles the mind.

A good way of answering that question is to ask: Would the States conceivably have entered into the Union if the Constitution itself contained the Court’s holding? Today’s judgment surely fails that test. At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, the delegates contended with “the jealousy of the states with regard to their sovereignty.

The laws under challenge here do not extend or revise federal immigration restrictions, but merely enforce
those restrictions more effectively. If securing its territory in this fashion is not within the power of Arizona, we should cease referring to it as a sovereign State. I dissent,” Scalia concluded.

Here is a story written by the Politico

Rush Limbaugh said this on his show.

More from Scalia in his dissent on the Arizona ruling today, claiming that it denies Arizona the right to sovereignty. Scalia said, “Today’s opinion, approving virtually all of the Ninth Circuit’s injunction against enforcement of the four challenged provisions of Arizona’s law, deprives States of what most would consider the defining characteristic of sovereignty: the power to exclude from the sovereign’s territory people who have no right to be there.” In other words, the naturalization power was given to Congress not to abrogate states’ power to exclude those they did not want, but to vindicate it.

So Scalia here is refuting the court’s claims that the stricken provisions encroached on the federal government, arguing the legislation aims only to strengthen the safety of Arizona’s borders. There’s no license to assume that officials in Arizona would use legislation to harass anybody, Scalia added. He’s right. The court basically said to Arizona that all states gotta defer to the Feds. You can’t supersede ’em. Fed’s all powerful. Federal government’s all powerful. If there are federal laws on the books and the federal government does not enforce them, you’re stuck. You can’t do anything about it. If there are the laws that say such-and-such people are not allowed in your state because they’re illegal or what have you, and the Feds don’t enforce the law, there’s nothing you can do, you gotta let ’em in.

It is mind-boggling, as Scalia said
