Think about this for more than a minute. This is one of these G-d shattering divine acts that hit me like a sledge hammer over the top of the head.
David’s sin with Bathsheba had dire consequences for David, Bathsheba, and Uriah. Yet out of this horrendous act paved the way for one of the greatest acts of teshuvah (repentance) in Jewish history.
David became a true chariot for G-d. David showed us how to murder the evil inclination to become a true tzaddik -righteous person.
This sin paved the way for HaShem-Yeshua to be birthed from the Davidic linage. (see Psalm 51)
