The Rhino Republicans such as John McCain, Carl Rove, Olympia Snow, Mike Castle, and the rest of the fake conservatives in the beltway are having a hissy fit that “We The People” have the balls to run for office.
These so called keepers of the Constitution believe that only professional politicians should run for office.
They want people without real life experiences to sit in the hallowed halls of congress and write laws that have real life effects on our lives.
These so called professionals have never run a company. Most of them are lawyers or government workers.
They have worked in the public sector.
The John McCain’s and Mike Castle’s of the world do not know what it is like to earn a real dollar.
They think our founding fathers were professional politicians yet the real fact is that these men worked hard in the private sector.
John Adams was born October 30th, 1735 in what is now Quincy. Massachusetts. Adam’s father John Adams Senior wanted him to become a minister but John Junior had other ideas.
After graduation from Harvard in 1751, he went on to become one of our leaders in the fight for independence from Britain.
Doctor Benjamin Rush was a physician, writer, and educator.
Doctor Rush graduated from what is now Princeton.
Thomas Jefferson was a planter, painter, lawyer, and teacher.
Jefferson went to school at the College of William and Mary.
Our founding fathers came from all walks of life.
They were real men with real problems.
When real people run for office like Carl Paladino, Christine O’Donnell, Sarah Palin, and others the elite political snobs of the Republican and Democrat parties try and destroy them.
I expect this kind of behavior from the Dems, the Libs, the Left, and the state run media but the Republicans.
We now know who the Rhino Republicans will fight and who their real enemies are us the common people.
I am happy as hell that Paladino is standing up to the press and shoving it back in their faces.
You fight fire with fire.
I know love your neighbor and then let your enemies run all over you.
This is the Christian way.
Where’s the love?
We are mad as hell.
It is time we the common people stand up and fight.
We are in a life and death struggle.
If we don’t stand up, we will see our country destroyed.
Here are some thoughts.
Each individual of the society has a right to be protected by it in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property, according to standing laws. He is obliged, consequently, to contribute his share to the expense of this protection; and to give his personal service, or an equivalent, when necessary. But no part of the property of any individual can, with justice, be taken from him, or applied to public uses, without his own consent, or that of the representative body of the people. In fine, the people of this commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent.
John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclination, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.
John Adams, in Defense of the British Soldiers on trial for the Boston Massacre, December 4, 1770
A feeble executive implies a feeble execution of the government. A feeble execution is but another phrase for a bad execution; and a government ill executed, whatever may be its theory, must be, in practice, a bad government.
Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 70, 1788
A government ought to contain in itself every power requisite to the full accomplishment of the objects committed to its care, and to the complete execution of the trusts for which it is responsible, free from every other control but a regard to the public good and to the sense of the people.
Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 31, January 1, 1788
